Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise finishes, packaging and included fittings between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes and materials are the figures published by the manufacturer.
Not plumbing advice
Our products are household drain products. Nothing on this site is plumbing advice. Work on fixed plumbing and drainage is regulated in most European countries and usually has to be done by a qualified plumber or installer. That covers installing or altering wastes, traps, floor drains, shower drains connected to the drain line, and rainwater connections. Check the rules where you live. Products that sit in or over an existing drain, replace a plug or strainer, clear a blockage, or connect an appliance hose to an existing outlet are things a householder can use. Measure before you order; sizes are the maker's stated sizes. We do not state that a product carries CE marking or meets a European standard unless the product page says so.
